1Where does the smartwatch work?
Currently, the Smartwatch only works in the United States. For late 2018 we plan to launch service to cover Canada and Mexico.
2Why do you charge a monthly service fee?
The Smartwatch requires a cellphone network to function. The monthly service fee helps us to cover expenses such as cellular service, network location services, backend computing and processing, support, app development, software upgrades and many other services to support the best experience possible.
3How much does the service cost?
The service plan is only USD $15.95 per month (for one SmartWatch), no contract required. This includes 250 minutes of voice calls, and data.
4What types of payment do you accept?
Accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
5Do I need the subscription service for the Smartwatch to work?
Yes, the subscription service is required for the Smartwatch to work.
6Can I use a SIM card from another cellular service provider?
No, you can’t. In order to ensure quality of service, we had to certify that the cellular service providers can offer a high quality service and have support for features such as AGPS and LBS.

Unfortunately not every cellular service provider is able to offer a good enough service to meet our standards.
7When is the monthly service charged?
We process payments at the end of your billing cycle. The billing cycle duration is the length of a month. For example if you set up the service on May 15, your first billing cycle will be June 15 and we will bill your credit card on the 15th of every month. (Exception for billing setup on the 29th, 30th and 31st, in this case the card is billed on the 28th)
8Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the subscription at any time with a 10 business day notice. The service will be terminated at the end of the next billing cycle. No further charges will be assessed after the last billing cycle ends.
9Would the watch work in another country when I travel?
Currently, we are able only to offer coverage in the United States. We are working to add Canada and Mexico by late 2018. Other countries are expected to be added in 2019.
